美味蛋餅(Oriental & western pancake)
材料(Ingredients)1:義美蛋餅皮2 張 (I Mei Oriental plain pancakes---2 sheets)
2:雞蛋 2個(2 eggs)
3:磨菇 4顆 (4pc Mushrooms)
4:蔥 1根(1pc scallion)
5:九層塔少許(a few Basils)
6:小胡蘿蔔2根 (2 pc Carrots)
調味料 (Seasoning)
醬油膏2大匙 ( 2 spoons Soy sauce paste)
辣椒醬1小匙 (1/4 spoon chili sauce)
做法:(Procedure)
1. 洗淨2-6的材料,然後切碎粒。置於盤中備用。
(Wash ingredients 2-6,than chop small cubes)
2. 取一容器,將蛋和切碎的材料,以及1/2杯冷水一同放入攪拌均勻,備用。
(Put the 2 eggs ,procedures 1,in the bowl and add 1/2 cup water,mixed together。)
3. 取一平底鍋加熱,放入少許油,待熱,倒入蛋汁。
(heat up the pan,put in a little cooking oil,wait oil warm up,pull in ingredients 2.)
4. 蓋上一張蛋餅皮,以中小火煎半熟,等餅皮和蛋相黏即可翻面,塗上一些麵糊,
再放上另一張餅皮,待相黏即翻面, 輕輕攪動,煎至蛋餅皮微焦,即可。
(put on 1st pancake sheet,wait to adhere,turn over,smear flour paste,than,put on
2nd pancake sheet ,wait to adhere,turn over,cook to a little be burned,it is done.)
5. 將煎好的蛋餅放在盤中,淋上調味料,就是美味的中西式蛋餅了。
Hit:Please cook by LOW temperature, otherwise it is easy to be burned!
