梅漬蕃茄/Pickled Tomatoes

夏天正是蕃茄的季節,讓我們來ㄧ個酸中帶甜、回甘清涼的開胃小點。

材料~
1: 小蕃茄1磅(約半公斤)、冰糖、梅子粉適量

做法~
1:蕃茄用烤箱300度(華氏)烤約25分鐘。
2:檢查蕃茄是否變軟?若是,即可關火。若否,則繼續烤,要注意,不要烤焦,可以在查看時,翻轉
   蕃茄。
3:待蕃茄冷卻,表皮成皺皺的,就可以開始剝皮。要有耐心,慢慢地,小心的剝完,不要太用力了, 
   蕃茄容易弄破。
4:拿ㄧ小燒鍋,放冰糖和水一起煮,煮沸了,就可熄火,放涼。這就是冰糖水。甜度可自行調整。
5:將蕃茄放入容器中,加入冰糖水,再加上梅子粉,放入冰箱ㄧ個晚上就可以吃了。

Ingredients ~
1:little tomatoes (any kind). 1 pound.
2:Crystal candy and dry plam powder to taste.

Procedure~
1:Placed tomatoes  in oven and baked at 300。F about 25 minutes.
2:check tomato is getting tender? If it's softly, turn off the oven. If it's not,keep going on. Remember,
   Don't bake over burning, can turn over when you're checking.
3:when tomatoes are getting cooler, the skin is crumpled, can peel tomatoes. You have to pay 
   attention, slowly,carefully to finish. If you are too rough, tomatoes will be broken.
4:place crystal candy and water in pot, heat,when candy melt and boiling, turned off.wait the syrup cool down.you can judge the sweet to taste.
5:use a bowl,place tomatoes and syrup in,add the dry plums powder. Stay in refrigerator one night,
   Before serving.
